李萬泉,重慶云陽縣人,1951 年 7 月生。在原省部級(jí)——四川省萬縣衛(wèi)生學(xué)校擔(dān)任講師;臺(tái)灣省針炙學(xué)會(huì)客座教授;頭二屆世界傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)大會(huì) 演講學(xué)者。1975 年畢業(yè)于重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)療系, 畢業(yè)后即分配到原四川省萬縣衛(wèi)生學(xué)校工作,擔(dān)任《內(nèi)科學(xué)及護(hù)理》的教學(xué)與臨床工作。1979 年參與該校附屬醫(yī)院的建立與內(nèi)科病房的開業(yè)工作。其中,于 1985 年參與當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生部與 高教委委托編寫的中等醫(yī)護(hù)學(xué)?！秲?nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)指南》、《內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)》有關(guān)章節(jié)的編寫,兩書已分別于 1992、1993 年由出版社正式出版。
Li Wanquan, from Yunyang County, Chongqing, was born in July 1951. He is a senior lecturer in Wanxian Health School of Sichuan Province, a key provincial and ministerial level; a visiting professor of Taiwan Acupuncture Association; and a lecturer of the Second World Congress of traditional medicine. He graduated from the medical department of Chongqing Medical University in 1975. After graduation, he was assigned to work in Wanxian Health School of Sichuan Province as the teaching and clinical work of internal medicine and nursing. In 1979, he participated in the establishment of Affiliated Hospital and the opening of internal medicine ward. In 1985, he participated in the compilation of the relevant chapters of internal medicine practice guide and internal medicine nursing in secondary medical schools, which were commissioned by the Ministry of health and the Higher Education Commission. The two books were officially published by the national press in 1992 and 1993 respectively.
1992 年 6 月離開四川省萬縣衛(wèi)生學(xué)校,開始自費(fèi)研究"乙肝"的根治性藥方(于1994 年底通過了中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)研究所病毒室的權(quán)威鑒定);于 2017 年底基本研制成特色的"乙肝/肝硬化"系列(1-5 號(hào))中藥散劑,臨床有效率達(dá)85%。1994 年初開始自費(fèi)研究治療治愈"艾滋病"的中醫(yī)藥(原艾必治系列中藥)方,1995 年底同樣通過了上述機(jī)構(gòu)及美國(guó)丹佛市艾滋病病毒權(quán)威實(shí)驗(yàn)室的鑒定,其中治療艾滋病毒攜帶者的"艾必 治 1 號(hào)藥"顯示對(duì)艾滋病毒有顯著的控制(>74%)作用;2 號(hào)藥 亦經(jīng) 15 例早、中期艾滋病患者的用藥觀察,短期內(nèi)即獲得顯著療效,因此其論文于1995 年 5 月獲《二屆世界傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)大會(huì)》國(guó)際成果獎(jiǎng)而赴美國(guó)領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)同時(shí)行學(xué)術(shù)交流(在 美.舊金山有兩醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)肯請(qǐng)李萬泉醫(yī)師留在美國(guó)發(fā)展,但被本人婉言謝絕!)。 關(guān)于中藥"艾必治"的研究方向(藥理)及治療 HIV/ARC/AIDS 的療效證論(摘要)見李萬泉一一頭一屆全國(guó)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合防治艾滋病學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)發(fā)表的論文(該 論文已匯編入我國(guó)防治艾滋病的論文集之中/2003 年 4 月)。
